The types of cases we handle

At Harty Jewell, we mainly help people who have been injured by careless people and businesses. This includes helping clients who develop mesothelioma from exposure to asbestos, or who have been harmed by a negligently designed medical device, or were exposed to a toxic substance like benzene or mold. It also includes helping people who were injured by a careless driver or dangerous condition at a business. or were defrauded in the sale of a consumer product. Finally, we help clients with estate planning and litigation and help other attorneys with appeals to state and federal courts of appeals.
